Coordinate the dried fruit packaging process with cross-functional teams.Assure the maintenance of high order and cleanliness in operational areas, implementing practices for a safe, organized, and efficient working environment.Streamline and optimize production, supply chain, and distribution processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity, while identifying areas for improvements and implementing changes through a culture and methodology of continuous improvement.Work closely with the quality team by ensuring that products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements, and establishing a process for an elaborated follow-up of quality inputs, ensuring a solution.Participate in internal and external dialogues/audits for customer, supplier, product and/or stakeholder.Track KPIs related to production.
