Responsibilities:
Supervise daily tasks encompassing production scheduling, quality control checks, and inventory management, ensuring the team's timely completion of assigned responsibilities and addressing any impediments to progress. Co-ordinate the dried fruit packaging process with cross-functional teams. Assure the maintenance of high order and cleanliness in operational areas, implementing practices for a safe, organized, and efficient working environment. Streamline and optimize production, supply chain, and distribution processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity, while identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes through a culture and methodology of continuous improvement. Work closely with the quality team to ensure that products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements, establishing a process for an elaborated follow-up of quality inputs, ensuring a solution. Participate in internal and external dialogues/audits for customers, suppliers, products, and/or stakeholders. Track KPIs related to production, analyzing results, identifying areas for improvement, reporting, and presenting recommendations to optimize performance and achieve business objectives. Minimum Requirements:
