Your role We are looking for a Production Supervisor - area Automation who will have the opportunity to manage a highly complex and automated Manufacturing Department, assuring volumes and excellent quality standards.
Main responsibilities: Management of the efficiency, quality and OEE KPIsGuarantee the production output of the area in order to respect the industrial plansProduction Programming, detection of deviations and taking management actions in order to guarantee the required levels;Responsibility of the quality of the parts produced in his Shop.Knowledge and application of delegation mechanism.Training and Development of direct team membersAdvanced knowledge of work cycles and methodsKnowledge of specific procedures, organizational and management references in order to cope with environmental emergencies.Knowledge of the operative modalities for interventions regarding safety at work or with significant potential risk.Collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering department to develop continuous improvement projectsMain requirements: Master's Degree in EngineeringAt least 2-3 years of experiencePrevious experience of responsibility is appreciatedKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen or Six Sigma)Problem solving attitudeGood relationship skillsWhat's in it for you In EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
