Production Manager

Our Client, a prominent International Company in the automotive sector dedicated to the improvement of sustainable mobility, transport efficiency, and digital services, has commissioned us to search for a candidate for a project aimed at strengthening the Team: PRODUCTION MANAGER Posizione: For the Company's in-house High Talent Potential Project, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 - 5 years' experience.
The entry role will be in Piedmont for the starting activities / period and then begin an International Career into the Company both in Europe and Worldwide.
Main Activities: Guarantee and improve the collective performance (Safety, Machinery, Quality, Production) of their Area to achieve the objectives defined by the Department.
Managing the production flow in terms of quality and quantity.
Ensuring the safety of people.
Guaranteeing the continuity of plant operations.
Actively participate in the continuous improvement of their sector by applying Lean Manufacturing tools.
Managing and developing employees.
Accompany the people in their team in their professional development, autonomy within their Area.
Requisiti: Requirements: Excellent knowledge of English (French will be a plus).
Master's Degree.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Resourceful, willing to grow within the Company.
Availability to develop his / her career to International level.
