**YOUR ROLE**:
- Manage and organize all production activities: lean manufacturing is fundamental
- Fulfill SHEQ requirements related to the standards (ISO certifications knowledge is a plus)
- Implement a production strategy to ensure efficient production and high quality products
- Deliver against production performance KPIs, budget and projects
- Set up and execute development plans for production personnel
- Ensure operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations
**YOUR SKILLS**:
- Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or related fields
- At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role is required
- Well developed people management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Results-oriented and passionate
- Fluent in Italian and English
- SAP skills
