YOUR ROLE Manage and organize all production activities: lean manufacturing is fundamental Fulfill SHEQ requirements related to the standards (ISO certifications knowledge is a plus) Implement a production strategy to ensure efficient production and high quality products Deliver against production performance KPIs, budget and projects Set up and execute development plans for production personnel Ensure operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations YOUR SKILLS Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or related fields At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role is required Well developed people management skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Results-oriented and passionate Fluent in Italian and English SAP skills At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
