If you are talented and have an innovative mindset you may be our ideal candidate!Our target salary for this role ranges from 30'000 – 40'000 EUR per year plus additional bonus and benefits.Your responsibilitiesIn This Role Your Main Accountabilities Will Be:Define production processes and improve manufacturability of new products from 3D design analysis until mass production, ensuring that production is scalable and sustainable.
Define layouts, capex, and implementation timelines.
Work closely with international design, quality, testing, and maintenance teams to ensure that products and production processes meet quality and safety standards.Coordinate and supervise the early stages of production to ensure a smooth transition, collaborating with design and development teams to address production issues.
Create and maintain technical documentation of production processes, including SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Manage daily challenges to ensure high quality standards and production targets.Collect, analyze, interpret, and present production data to identify areas for improvement and process optimization, define production boosts, and strategies for outsourcing processes and/or products.Promote and implement innovative solutions to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and increase product quality.
Scout new technologies and promote optimization ideas.Your backgroundYou have a Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar).1-2 years of previous experience in similar roles in a production environment is a plus.Strong skills in data analysis and the use of analysis tools is required (e.g., Excel, BI software, statistical tools).Good knowledge of continuous improvement techniques is mandatory (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
).Excellent written and spoken level of English is required.
