Production Engineering Specialist This position reports to Operations Manager
Your role and responsibilities In this role your focus will be on optimizing the manufacturing process through innovation in a cost-effective way. You will be mainly accountable for:
Defining the sequence of the production process in line with material and investment budgets Ensuring optimal efficiency in production methods, equipment performance and materials/components Identifying and implementing improvements to the manufacturing process in line with cost, safety and timing requirements Investigating new methods, technologies and changes in equipment and process design to meet specifications Defining action plans and training relevant maintenance and production resources and personnel to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and a skilled, competent team Consulting and working with production operators and supervisors to implement changes on the production line Qualifications for the role You have 0 - 2 years of experience in a relevant field Experience in automation processes is an advantage You are interested in safe work practices and all relevant workplace safety guidelines. You demonstrated a collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills. Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken Legal authorization for future travel or work in the US and New Zealand What's in it for you?
