You will work with the team to identify losses and countermeasures with the aim of eradication.
You represent Pre-press process in Focused Improvement and Autonomous Maintenance Pillar, applying World Class Manufacturing, taking part to Kaizen Teams with main focus on LEAN concept.
You will deal with internal and external auditors and cooperate with several stakeholders, including Quality, Customer Service, other Production Cells, Maintenance.What you will doTake ownership of specific Pre-press and Printing KPI such as Machine Efficiency (EE), Mean Time Between intervention (MTBI), Process Waste; Pre-press Ratio, Plate Waste, Plate ReusageActively contribute to Safety and Quality aspects of the processLosses Deployment and Analysis (Daily Management System)Recurrence AnalysisCountermeasures vs sporadic lossesImprovement teams and projects vs chronic lossesCollaborate with other processes and functionsMember of Focused Improvement Pillar and Autonomous Maintenance PillarManagement and implementation of global projects and standardsWork with benchmarks to standardize the processes and boost best practices executionDevelop data acquisition systems and data analysisWe believe you haveA university degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation or similarBasic knowledge of lean principlesGood competence in data modelling, data analysis and data visualizationAn advanced MS Office levelBasic competence in Project ManagementKnowledge of BI tools (PowerBi) is a plusExcellent spoken and written EnglishKnowledge in a second language is a plusWe believe that you are a person with a structured approach and are able to work independently as well as part of a team.
