They will be exposed to an innovative production environment, working on various projects including prototypes, kits, retrofits, and components.The candidate will be responsible for the following:Technical analysis of components and their industrialization through 3D-printing- technologies and new printing technologies.Process analysis to promote and improve the overall automation within the workshop.Analyzing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and defining continuous improvement actions.Technical analysis of mechanical drawings/components/assemblies to define the production technological cycle (equipment, tools, machining sequence) and the creation of CNC programs using CAD-CAM tools.Managing relationships with suppliers for equipment maintenance and collaborating internally with the HSE department to ensure compliance with safety regulations.Designing machining equipment for machine tools, testing special tools, handling and assembly equipment, and simulation tools for complex kinematics.Staying updated on new technologies, particularly in the digital realm (additive manufacturing, blockchain, AI, etc.
