We are looking for a Production Development Manager for our BU in Lodi. Your responsibilities: Design, organise and control various business processes using optimum resources like machine, space, labour, energy, etc. Improve productivity of the plant by applying various Industrial Engineering Techniques. Knowledge of work study, time & motion study, work standardization; knowledge of PMTS (pre-determined motion time study) tool like "MOST" is preferable. Hands-on experience of factory layouts, design and implementation of physical flow of materials in the shop floor, using lean concepts, design and implement material handling systems. Drive continuous improvement programs using tools like Kaizen, Kanban, etc. Familiarity with best manufacturing practices & tools for lean manufacturing. Competence in designing jigs & fixtures ergonomically. Exposure in assembly shops involving make to order and make to stock scenarios. Experience of coordination with various cross functions. Hands-on experience of AutoCAD & Pro-E are required. Your background: Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering. Experience of handling a team of 3 to 4 employees and coordination with cross functions to achieve the target. Experience of 5 to 8 years is required. Good communication skills, planning and scheduling. Skilled in troubleshooting and problem solving, 4Q, 5'S, Kaizen Activities. Quick learner with interest in and ability to master new technologies. Proficiency in English and Italian is required. Basic overview of SAP environment is desirable.
