This position reports to: Production Manager Your role and responsibilities: The Production Analyst is a key role within our production control department, responsible for analyzing and providing potential solutions to improving and maintaining production excellence.
This role will play a key part in identifying and maintaining efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of production at the Florence facility.
This role continuously evaluates production and develops potential solutions to improve key metrics; SAP knowledge/expertise is necessary to analyze large data sets and advise production management on decisions.
The work model for the role is: onsite (Li-Onsite).
This role is contributing to the Electrification Service division in Florence, SC.
You will be mainly accountable for: Gathering and interpreting relevant data (cost, quality, demand patterns, etc.)
and providing analytical support e.g., site inventory and material stock out analysis and trends, material availability reports.
Providing Material Requirements Planning support to buyers, e.g., training documents, and coaching.
Coordinating daily material issues and communication, ensuring alignment between production stockouts versus SAP stockouts.
Analyzing inventory trends and reports findings.
Qualifications for the role: Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
1-3 years of experience is preferred with proven experience in data analysis.
Experience with SAP experience a must.
Root cause analysis a plus, as well as project management experience.
Willingness to travel occasionally as per business needs - 10% max.
