As a Product Test Engineer, you will contribute to the development and production support for Automotive applications while having the possibility to increase your knowledge within the semiconductor industry.
In your new role you will: Analyze eNVM design and technology evaluating corner cases and robustness Generate test sequences and automatic testing machine patterns (e.g.
: v93000 Advantest) for test program, validation and characterization Provide data analysis of test program to support quality delivered, test cost and yield Develop firmware for testing by translating concepts into firmware algorithms Be a firewall for embedded NVM testing concepts increasing the quality of deliverables Improve automation on development workflow to mitigate project complexity Please note that we offer an external temporary contract of 1 year with potential renewal or future conversion into a permanent one directly with Infineon.

You are best equipped for this task if you have: A Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent field At least one year of experience as a Test Engineer would be preferred Experience in embedded programming (C language) Knowledge of scripting tools, such as Perl, Python, etc.
Automatic test equipment experience (e.g.
: v93000 Advantest) as a plus Knowledge of NVM architecture and technology is a plus Experience in data analysis and data crunching is a plus A proactive and flexible working style Fluency in English (mandatory) Please send us your CV in English.
