As a Product & Test Engineer, you will contribute to the development and production support for Automotive applications while having the possibility to increase your knowledge within the semiconductor industry.In your new role you will:Analyze eNVM design and technology evaluating corner cases and robustness Generate test sequences and automatic testing machine patterns (e.g.: v93000 Advantest) for test program, validation and characterization Provide data analysis of test program to support quality delivered, test cost and yield Develop firmware for testing by translating concepts into firmware algorithmsBe a firewall for embedded NVM testing concepts increasing the quality of deliverablesImprove automation on development workflow to mitigate project complexityPlease note that we offer an external temporary contract of 1 year with potential renewal or future conversion into a permanent one directly with Infineon.Your profile
You are a person with the willingness to cooperate with international project teams.
