Joining the Innovation Team, you'll be in charge of: Following ongoing and new sustainability projects related to LG (Raw Materials and Finished Product).
Finding innovative solutions for Fashion Accessories departments.
Scouting innovative sustainable materials and processes for Richemont's Maisons.
Participating in events, conferences fairs.
Sharing the acquired knowledge on materials and processes with the team and Maison's internal RD and Supply Chain teams.
Managing relationships with startups and suppliers.
Organizing and animating the material library.
Coordinating qualification tests for material approval.
Providing support in administrative tasks and regular reporting on ongoing projects.
Who You Are You have a degree from Fashion Institutes in product design and development with a focus on sustainability (knowledge in product 3D rendering will be considered as a plus).
You have a first significant professional experience in innovation, product development, or product design in the Fashion Industry (LG or similar).
You possess strong persuasion and project management skills.
Fluent in English and Italian, with a good knowledge of Excel and MS PowerPoint.
