GETINGE ITALIA is looking for its future PRODUCT SPECIALIST - SOUTH (M/F/D) .
As a Product Specialist, you will support the Product Manager in managing our product line in ventilation (SERVO) & Monitoring (PICCO).
You will operate directly in the assigned territory, ensuring the effective execution of marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
You will also monitor competitors and gather field information to share with the Product Manager.
Main activities and responsabilities Field Marketing Activities : (50%) Perform promotional product demonstration, Train the salesforce and support them throughout the entire sales process, Show and describe the product line to customers during congresses and meetings, Help Product Manager in the field activities related to new products launch, Manage product quality activities with salesforce (i.e., field actions).
Tender Management : (20%) Analyze and prepare technical documentation necessary to participate in public tenders, Define technical configuration in coordination with the Sales department, Transmit the relevant documentation for the tender to the T&O Department, Marketing strategies & activities : (20%) ???????Assist the Product Manager in developing and implementing marketing plans and related changes to achieve agreed sales and profit targets, Collaborate with international colleagues to share knowledge, exchange experiences and address issues, Assist the Product Manager in launching new products, Control the translation of validated marketing brochures and materials, Manage the DEMO product pool, maintain sales force competence at a high and appropriate level, Create and control the order configuration to be sent to production.
Market Analysis : (10%) Monitor competitors and retrieve information from the field to share with the Product Manager, Help Product Manager adjust marketing strategy and execute it to meet changing markets and competitive conditions, Assist in maintaining the local pricing strategy within international guidelines.
Key competencies/skills & personal qualities: Adequate presentation and communication skills (verbal and written), Competence in developing sales tools and collateral materials, Customer satisfaction orientation, Teamwork orientation, Interpersonal relationship skills, Open-mindedness and creativity, Exceptional organizational skills, Positive attitude.
Experience: Preferably with 1 year of experience as a Product Specialist or in a similar role, IT Skills: Microsoft Office package, preferably with knowledge of the platform Salesforce (CRM), Languages: Fluent Italian and good English, Education: Degree in a related field, Location: Rome/Naples, Reports to: Marketing Director.
