Our Commercial Operations team is looking for a candidate to fill the position of Product Specialist in North-East Italy, preferably residing in the Veneto or Emilia Romagna regions.
The area of responsibility will include the regions of Friuli Venezia Giulia, Veneto, Trentino Alto Adige, Emilia Romagna and Marche.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Install and test DIESSE instruments at customer locations Understand and map customer needs and the competitive landscape Actively participate in the pre-sales phases of various DIESSE solutions Resolve technical-analytical problems for both instruments and products, promoting corrective actions on products Establish interaction with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), clinical experts, and technicians to enhance and strengthen the DIESSE image Maintain effective internal communication to ensure all relevant functions are informed and supported regarding product needs Provide training on DIESSE solutions (reagents, software, instruments) to the sales force Conduct demonstrations, presentations, and promotional activities for DIESSE solutions, both at DIESSE headquarters and at customer locations Support the updating of technical documentation necessary for the support of all product line solutions Participate in scientific days/events to strengthen the DIESSE image and promote products Contribute to the creation of promotional materials (presentations, brochures) and scientific documents (monographs) for the sales force Required Skills: Degree or equivalent qualifications in scientific disciplines (Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Laboratory Technician, CTF) Good knowledge of English (B2 level) and Italian (C2 level) Good knowledge of Office suite Knowledge of CRM Salesforce (nice to have) Preferable knowledge of the main dynamics of the IVD market During the onboarding process, training will be provided on the specifics of DIESSE solutions.

The candidate should also possess strong problem-solving abilities, tenacity, organizational skills, and a good predisposition to teamwork, along with good communication and presentation skills.
Previous experience in diagnostic laboratories or a similar role in the sector will be considered a plus.
Additionally, prior experience collaborating with commercial functions (Area Managers and/or salespeople) in managing pre-sales phases is preferred.
Preferable residence in the Veneto and/or Emilia Romagna regions.
