In addition to supplying the products in our catalogs, we develop customized solutions in close collaboration with our customers.The RoleThe Product Specialist will provide strategic support to the business regarding the optimization of the existing product range, potential new product development and identification of market opportunities, also representing a reference point for Sales & Marketing, Engineering, and R&D Departments.Your responsibilitiesReporting to the Product Manager, you will:• Analyze market trends, technological evolution to new product development opportunities through customer meetings, attending exhibitions and conducting market research• Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Purchasing teams to define technical specifications, market positioning, and business models for new products• Oversee all phases of product development, including sales launch, working closely with the sales force• Evaluate the existing product portfolio in collaboration with the technical department in order to identify rationalization and optimization actions and enhance products offer effectiveness• Monitor the market trends and the business modelsThis is a great opportunity if you have:• Graduated in Engineering or Economics• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing industries• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data• Proficiency in spoken and written English language• Willingness to work in an international environment• Good communication skills to manage interfuctional projectsThe TeamYou will work in a structured Group Sales and Marketing Department, belonging to an international context and giving a relevant contribution for the company' products portfolio development.Business Analyst - Graduate Development Program#J-18808-Ljbffr
