**Requirements**: Degree in Transportation Engineering, Project Management experience (Organizational Design, Group and Meeting Management, Time Management, Problem Solving), excellent knowledge of English (preferably native) and other languages, motivation skills of the project team, negotiation skills, proactivity, customer orientation and domicile in the province of Florence or willingness to move.
