Your role and responsibilitiesFor our Distribution Solutions Division, located in Dalmine (BG), we are looking for a Product Specialist who will join the Product Management Team in the Apparatus (Grid Components) Local Product Group. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Product Management organization in managing and optimizing part of our products portfolio, being a focus point for internal and external stakeholders of assigned products.

You will be mainly accountable for:
Performing various product life cycle activities supporting development, launch, maintenance, pricing and profitability.Conducting analyses about market, products and competitors in order to define marketing plans to promote sales activities as well as identify offering gaps.Proposing new product developments or enhancements in order to offer suitable and unique solutions to satisfy Customer needs.Supporting the product development process from preparation of business case and project specification to product launch, assisting Global Product Management, Marketing and Sales teams and all other Factory functions.Collaborating with internal teams to resolve Customer issues and to ensure Customer satisfaction.Delivering new product trainings to internal teams and external Customers.Qualifications for the roleYou are highly skilled in use of Office 365 package; SAP is considered a plus.You have preferably 2-5 years of experience in the same field.You are captivated by a collaborative and solution-focused approach and you have strong written and spoken communication skills.Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field.You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken.What's in it for you?Our people are at the core of what we do - help them develop and grow.Enjoy a supportive and solution-driven team environment.Benefit from an open and solution-oriented work culture.More about usWe value people from different backgrounds.
