For our Distribution Solutions Division, located in Dalmine (BG), we are looking for a Product Specialist who will join the Product Management Team in the Indoor Apparatus (Control and Protection Products) Local Product Group.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Perform various product life cycle activities supporting development, launch, maintenance, pricing and profitability.
- Support the product development process from project specification to product launch, assisting Global Product Management, Marketing and Sales teams and other Factory functions.
- Propose new product development or enhancements in order to offer suitable and unique solutions to satisfy Customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve Customer issues and to ensure Customer satisfaction.
- Prepare various analyses about market, product and competitors in order to define marketing plans to promote sales activities.
- Deliver new product trainings to internal teams and Customers.
**Your background**:
- A Degree in Electrical Engineer.
- Preferred experience of 2 - 5 years in the same field.
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
