To strengthen our **Immunology Rheuma Bone Department** we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of**:Product Specialist Rheuma Bone - Italy, Puglia.**
**About the role**
As a Product Specialist for Rheuma Bone, your role involves identifying and cultivating meaningful partnerships with influential figures in the scientific community to create new avenues for patient benefit. Additionally, you will be tasked with promoting UCB's products to relevant stakeholders within the designated territory of Puglia.
**You will work with**
You will collaborate closely with several teams of the company such as MSLs, Area Leads, Market Access and also with key external stakeholders with the goal to identify the right patient profile for our therapeutic options.
**What you will do**
- Defining and driving the UCB activities on your territory and coordinating with the local field team composed by yourself, MSL and Field Access Partner
- Implement and deliver solutions to the relevant ecosystem/stakeholders
- Collect and share insights from the ecosystem, proposing proactively possible solutions to be implemented in the ecosystem
- In order to facilitate the access for UCB products, engage non-clinical stakeholders in selected accounts
- Be responsible for updating and filling, timely and in proper manner, Orbit platform for reporting purposes
- Building relationships with the health care professionals and health care structures for the activity of Pharmaceutical Scientific Information
- Being responsible of the activity plan execution in the own territory accounts in respect of the laws, the ethics and compliance governing the pharma professionals
**Interested? For this position you'll need the following education, experience and skills**
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Italian & English: good level in reading, speaking, writing and understanding
- Recognize and assesses opportunities and challenges within the medical, scientific, and therapeutic domains, proposing suitable improvements
- Actively contribute to and take responsibility for patient solution development and implementation
- Analyze changes and trends in health ecosystems, policy and legislation identifying new developments that optimize patient access
- Consider the impact on and alignment with the organization when setting goals, making decisions and organizing activities and uses knowledge of drug life cycle to inform decision-making
- Understand the internal organization and communicates effectively across the internal matrix and strives to understand alternative perspectives
- Understand the need for patient insights in engagement with regards to the patient journey including unmet needs, preferences, and behaviors
- Manage available resources and processes needed to secure them and considers patient value when making resource decisions
- Coordinate and synthesize thinking around innovative solutions
- Open to change and to embrace new challenges
