Position Overview Essential Duties & Responsibilities Work with product development identifying any issues after hand-off meetings e.g.
long lead times, minimums issues that mills might not be able to achieve.
Monitor and track approvals throughout the production process.
Work proactively, anticipating any issues that may impact delivery and prices.
Work with the vendors proposing new material quality in case of delay or target price.
Attend fittings and monitor fit approval process.
Give all measurements to proto, fit samples, pre production samples and graded measurements for stock.
Understand and analyze implications of fit changes.
Planning production finished garments.
Ensure that the planning is on time by constant verbal communications and going to the vendors.
In charge with updating US share drive with most updated information.
Provide QA team with planning information in order to arrange final audits at vendors in a timely manner.
Assist in preparing for weekly meetings with the team.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge 4-6 years of experience in production related area.
Good knowledge of sweaters category.
Knowledge of production trade regulations, testing protocol, product integrity, production cycle timeline.
Excellent follow-up and organization skills.
Detail and accuracy oriented.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and flexibility with internal and external partners.
Problem solving and results-oriented personality.
