Your Role We are looking for an energetic and analytical Product Quality Specialist to join our Quality Team at Technogym HQ in Cesena (Italy). He/She will have an active part in the continuous improvement process of our Products and Services in order to achieve excellent Customer Satisfaction. The role involves constant collaboration with several Company functions in a multidisciplinary context, with the final aim of ensuring expected results.
Your Impact Analyze and summarize emerging frictions from the various channels through which we gather feedback from the market.
Identify problems to be addressed through the evidence that emerged.
Collaborate in managing problem-solving activities by verifying the timing and effectiveness of preventive/corrective activities.
Contribute to the decision-making process and monitor the closure of the problems.
Contribute to the reduction of waste by identifying inefficiencies in company processes.
Support research and development activities by analyzing the product market in operation.
Help to provide information on Quality KPIs and share structured feedback with the stakeholders involved.
About You Master's Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Biomedical, Telecommunication, Informatics).
1-2 years of previous experience in industries with high-quality requirements (e.g., electronic components, system development, medical equipment).
Availability for international business trips.
Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Research & Development (R&D), or Supply Chain Management (SCM) is preferred.
Effective communication and collaboration skills with all levels of the organization.
Ability to work in a team, result-driven attitude.
