YOUR ROLE
To support the Quality Assurance and Reliability activities on new business related to new material business of Power MODULE.
To ensure that the quality and reliability of delivered products satisfy the customer requirements.
To drive quality activities to reach product Quality and Reliability level requested by Customer and Market, in the area of Problem solving and Improvement Plans.
In particular:
- Control the Customer Complaint management and the total Cycle Time.
- Manage Crisis and Risk assessments with Customers.
- Support Corrective and Preventive Actions effectiveness follow up to prevent reoccurrences.
- Support new product launch in production with cross fertilization of best quality practices,
- To assess Power Module Packages and Products Robustness versus Customer mission profile.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Master degree in Electronic engineering or Industrial engineering or similar
Extensive knowledge of excel, office suite..;
English business proficiency
Technical knowledge of physics and semiconductor electronics
Flexibility, team work, problem solving, innovation in Power Electronic devices
Experience in Back End packaging quality and reliability is preferred
