If you are passionate about Press Office activities, if you are eager to learn more about PR and Influencer management, if you are looking for a solid Company continuously evolving, this opportunity could be perfect for you.We're looking for a Product Press Office Specialist for our offices in Milan, to be part of our PR and Press Office Team.You will be in charge of Press Office activities, focusing on the Key markets IT, US, UK, CH coordinating agencies and working directly on other important PR markets such as ES, DE, FR.You will support Head of PR on the delivering of the brand's editorial objectives, working with editorial requests, giving feedback, building public relations within journalists, editors, influencers that are asking for Canali products with the aim of ensuring a coherent Brand image and improve the Brand audience.WHICH WILL BE YOU MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY?Management of relations with Corporate and Product representatives of the main newspapersManagement of relations with influencers and Influencer Agencies/VIP/Celebrities Stylists and Agencies.Management and coordination of requests received from newspapers, from local subsidiaries and/or communication agenciesSupervision and coordination of the local Press DaysSupervision of the publishing activities of the local offices/agencies to ensure compliance with the brand guidelines.Briefing, coordination and monitoring of the PR Agencies to ensure promotion and coverage of the Marketing Themes and Activities.Drafting of press letters and press releasesCoordination of the different local sample sets and related flows; management of sample orders and related inventory/return at the end of the season.Monitoring of the press reviews, drafting of reports on product/corporate editorial releases and special projects.Overseas the daily activities of the PR ShowroomSupport for the Events and Communication Marketing activities and/or shootingsSupport to CRM for EventsSupport to wholesale team for EventsWHICH ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION?Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing management/PR/Journalism/LiteratureAt least 3 years of experience in agencies and/or press office of luxury and fashion companiesExcellent PR and Communication Skills – both traditional and DigitalVery good writing skills – Italian and EnglishOrganizational skillsGood knowledge of media on/off panoramaNative Italian, fluent English and third language knowledge as a plusGood knowledge of Microsoft OfficeFlexibility for business travels #J-18808-Ljbffr
