We are looking for an experienced Product Specialist to join our team, focusing primarily on our trains business in the Italian market.
The successful candidate will spend approximately 80% of their time on train-related projects and the remaining 20% on other projects.
The ideal candidate will be a product growth expert for the Italian market, providing valuable insights and support to help our team grow.
In this Role, you'll focus on: Product Growth: Provide suggestions on the product booking process experience from the perspective of Italian locals.
Help the product team collect user needs and feedback, and provide first-hand local user usage scenarios.
User Growth: Work with the Trains user growth team to ensure campaign relevance to local consumers prior to launching.
Market Insights and Campaign: Keep track of the policy and news of the Italian market, and any marketing or product actions/data of train suppliers and competitors.
Be sensitive to the Italian market's holidays and other hotspots, and provide insights into marketing and promotional activities.
What you'll Need to Succeed: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in both Italian and English.
Proven experience in product management, product growth, or a related field.
Deep understanding of the Italian market, particularly in the travel and trains sector.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
