Within R&D Digital & Tech we are looking for a Product Owner to work in CMC Digital Data and Analytics Tech, with a focus on process modelling (mechanistic and data driven). (S)He is accountable to work together with Senior Product Owner(s) and/or the Product Director(s) to design and deliver the roadmap that will improve the user experience for the product within their domain and support the strategic priorities.
The product owner will have ownership and responsibility for a product or a product family depending on the criticality and size. This individual is recognized as one of the single points of contact for their product space, working collaboratively and adaptively to constantly meet the needs of their customers and deliver value to GSK.
Product owner activities will include some of the following: Improve and work on a designed technology strategy by building strong domain knowledge including by understanding the business process, industry best practices, in market solutions to finally grow into the role of trusted advisor. Demand management: Collaborate with business stakeholders and product director/senior product manager to manage and prioritize the product backlog to produce the product set with the highest business value. Governance: Establish business value, manage delivery and service performance and manage business risk within the scope of the assigned product domain. Product/Project Delivery: deliver the optimal set of products and services which meets the business strategy and requirements. Quality, Risk & Compliance: Accountable for ensuring the defined product domain is compliant with internal security and risk management policies and practices. Adoption strategy & change management: in the role of change agent, support both the product teams and the business in agile approaches to solution development and adoption. Why you? Basic Qualifications:
Master's Degree – Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Information Technology Knowledge of Fluid Dynamics, Partial Differential Equations and Ordinary Differential Equations. Good understanding of Python programming Strong analytical mindset Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills Fluency in English (written and oral) Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of AGILE concepts and SCRUM processes Experience with AZURE, AHA!
