We are looking for a Product Owner who is excited about working in a start-up and will thrive in a fun, everchanging, challenging environment.
The candidate must have knowledge and experience in the contact centers sector and led the design and development of a CRM/ERP product implementing conversational user interfaces.
Job Description You will be in charge of:
The Voicebot and Chatbot roadmap
Stimulating the innovation and evolution of these modules (collect queries from the market, provide developers with instructions about the new features to be implemented, etc.)
Supporting Project Managers to analyze customers' needs and to implement our solution into the customer's infrastructure
Liaising with our platform providers and technical partners to troubleshoot any issues
Writing and reviewing documentation about Voicebot and Chatbot features
Training the internal team on these modules
Leveraging synergies across TuoTempo's modules
Qualifications We're searching for someone with a broad understanding of the contact center sector who:
Has a bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field)
Has at least 1 year of professional experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager / Project Manager
Has worked with AI on complex projects
Is familiar with conversational user interfaces
Has experience in hosted telephony and VoIP/SIP (Asterisk, Free PBX, and the market standard software for telephony)
Has worked with Twilio or similar solutions
Has worked with Meta for Business Suite
Has excellent communication skills and is able to communicate complex topics to any audience
Can build trust both within our organization and with customers
Is proactive, focused, and consistent
Is fluent in English
Able to effectively manage Italian conversations with the development team
Any other language is a plus
