- The Product Owner for the Digital Applications is responsible for driving the ideation and evolution of our Digital App, fostering a client-centric approach throughout the organization.- This role oversees the development of projects, processes, and tools to support the organization, managing initiatives from ideation through design, development, implementation, and fine-tuning.**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure the correct execution and completion of the Digital Roadmap, meeting deadlines with both IT stakeholders in development and business stakeholders in implementation and utilization to drive tangible business impact
- Lead the full evolution of the app, defining new features, ensuring implementation, updating stores and store staff on new digital initiatives, and proactively promoting the use of digital tools to maximize client engagement (e.g., trainings)
- Ideate innovative use cases to be integrated into a Digital App within the luxury industry, enhancing the customer experience and engagement
- Ensure the proper implementation and utilization of all digital tools and services, maximizing service coverage across all markets
- Report on KPIs to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of projects
- Collaborate directly with other teams (both in Headquarters and Regions) to support the implementation of new digital tools and services
- Support the HQ CRM & Omni-channel team in executing pilots to further develop client engagement
- Drive a user-centric approach within a cross-functional development team. Work daily with software engineers, e-Operations, Scrum Masters, QA team, and UX/UI designers to achieve a common goal, spreading the product vision within the team and enabling problem-solving in a transparent manner
- Implement a Use Case-driven approach: the end goal of our entire product team is to drive and support the delivery of measurable value to our customers. Define the Use Case vision, strategy, and goals, being responsible for the concepts within the Use Cases. Work closely with other POs to ensure a consistent product experience for the customer
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Successful studies in business management or engineering- Solid background in digital apps, including design and backend integration patterns (6+ years of experience)- Understanding of online transaction flows/user experiences, with experience in the payment industry- 4+ years' experience working as a Product Owner and/or Product Manager in cross-functional teams- Proficiency in using AGILE and Waterfall project management tools- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira)- Familiarity with SCRUM, Agile, or Design Sprint methodologies- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills- Ability to maintain positive and healthy relationships with all project team members- Capability to work independently, taking ownership of assignments and seeking creative solutions- Flexible, adaptable to change, and able to multitask in a fast-paced, diverse environment- Fluency in English and Italian; knowledge of other languages is a plus but not mandatory- Proactive approach- Team player
