Position Overview: 
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Product Owner for our Product Lifecycle Management (CLIPP) system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with IT and business teams to prioritize and deliver system requirements that provide significant value to the company. This role demands a collaborative mindset, a "can do" attitude, and the ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment. 
Key Responsibilities:  1. Collaborate with IT and Business Teams:  Act as the primary liaison between IT and business teams to gather, analyze, and prioritize system requirements. 
Ensure that the CLIPP system meets the needs of all stakeholders and aligns with the company's strategic goals. 
2. Requirement Prioritization and Management:  Develop and maintain a product backlog, ensuring it reflects the company's priorities and delivers maximum value. 
Lead backlog grooming sessions and facilitate sprint planning with IT and development teams. 
3. Stakeholder Engagement:  Conduct regular meetings with business units to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements. 
Provide clear communication and updates on the progress of system enhancements and changes. 
4. System Development and Enhancement:  Oversee the development and implementation of new features and improvements in the PLM system. 
Ensure that all enhancements are thoroughly tested and meet the quality standards before deployment. 
5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:  Monitor the performance of the CLIPP system and identify areas for improvement. 
Create and present reports on system performance and project progress to senior management. 
6. Training and Support:  Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize the adoption and effective use of the PLM system. 
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system-related issues.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Skilled in facilitating discussions and building consensus among diverse teams. 
Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands, maintaining focus and delivering results under pressure. Open to feedback and continuously seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth. 
Requirments Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in managing PLM systems. 
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management processes and best practices. 
Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools. 
Certification in Scrum or Agile Product Ownership is a plus.
