The role of the Product Owner (PO) is one of the key operational roles within the team of the each EPIC Owner.
The following definition is based on the SaFe agile framework: The PO is responsible for defining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the Features or components for the team.
In the case of the Product Owner (versus Senior Product Owner): The overall priorities have to be aligned with the EPIC Owner of the respective EPIC.
The PO has a significant role in quality control and is the only team member empowered to accept stories as done.
This role has significant relationships and responsibilities outside the local team, including working with the Senior Product Owner who is responsible for the Program Backlog, to prepare for the Program Increment (PI) Planning meeting.
**What You Will Do**:
- Represent the customer /dealer needs by engaging the customer/ dealer and ensuring that the business outcomes are at the heart of all moves mad;
- Develop product roadmap that meet expectations of the stakeholders;
- Work with technical teams and other managers to determine the business value of proposed features and products;
- Own prioritization of product backlog to be continually aligned to business value and own the EPIC and overall release plan;
- Organize sequence of work by collaborating with other product owners to identify project dependencies and refine enabler stories;
- Leads backlog grooming to decompose, estimate and refine stories with other product teams;
- Inspect product progress and have authority to accept or reject work done on user story level according to the definition of ready and definition of done;
**What You Will Bring**:
- Be a product expert owning the product backlog;
- Ideally having experience with Adobe Experience Manager solution;
- Stakeholder management and Communication skills on n-3 and n-4 level;
- Agile (SaFe) Qualification recommended;
- Excellent english written and spoken;
