Based in Milan, eLab Technology is ASW Group digital hub.
It takes care of Omnichannel Strategy for European Brands of the group, Delivering e-commerce, Mobile and in store Innovative solutions.
- A typical day in this role includes:
- Write functional analysis stories related to the one or more functional areas to which s/he is accountable (Checkout, Order, Catalogue, Customer, Content) respecting optimization principles: delivering features that bring more business value with less effort time and promoting synergies among Business Units
- Work in close contact with team members assigned to the same functional area to define the best product analysis template of eCommerce topics they are taking care of
- Review functional analysis stories written by junior and external people assigned to the same functional area
- Collaborate with product owners of all the 5 functional areas to identify cross-streams interdependencies and design products accordingly
- Being active part of an agile squad dealing with all the involved stakeholders: BU, Development team, Scrum Master, Quality & Assurance people
- Define the macro use cases to share with the Business Units during demos to demonstrate that the requirements have been met by the development team
- Perform the show and tell of the functionalities that have been detailed by him/her

- What you'll need:
- Bachelor/Master in Computer Science, Engineering, economics or similar relevant field
- 1+ year of experience in product design and ecommerce digital roadmaps
- Good knowledge in Hybris eCommerce platform is required (Hybris and PO certification is a well-considered plus)
- Confidently communicate detailed explanations and ideas within eCommerce areas
- High attention to details and driven by a desire to solve issues and improve digital products
- Willing of collaborating within a team that has common delivery target to enrich our eCommerce product
- Good knowledge of Agile process and principles
- Good knowledge of Unified Modeling Language, able to represent not-easy concepts in a visual way
- Fluent English spoken and written
