**OFFICE**
Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub and home to all of the NGG staff functions.

**THE ROLE**
NGGH++ are looking for a Product Operations Specialist to be responsible for managing product/sample operations for the marketing function for Reebok Europe
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Be responsible for managing product operations for the marketing team for Reebok Europe
- Ensure products and samples are tracked and managed effectively across the marketing function ensuring the product availability for campaigns, shoots, pr activities and in line with marketing objectives and priorities
- Be the point of contact for all things product related for the marketing team
- You will create ways of working using tools and technologies to manage product operations within the marketing function
- You will support the Head of Marketing operations and Senior Marketing Operations manager on wider operations initiatives for the marketing team
WHO YOU ARE
- You are someone who is highly organised with a hunger to improve ways of working
- Have experience in an operational or coordination role within a marketing team
- A proven track record of streamlining operations processes ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and campaigns
- You are able to actively manage multiple priorities and projects
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships ensuring effective communication
- Working with product/sample management would be a plus
