Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in the assigned area to meet business objectives. Each day, you will implement marketing activities and support the Sales organization in driving sales and services for respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by driving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training. The work model for the role is: #LI-hybrid. This role contributes to the implementation of product marketing strategies for Medium Voltage Apparatus within the Electrification Distribution Solution Division across the globe. You will be mainly accountable for: Implementing the product marketing strategy in the assigned area/segment, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy. Implementing the go-to-market product marketing strategy, including preparation of technical and commercial offers, definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy; ensuring the Local Product Group budget (volumes) and profitable growth targets are achieved in the assigned countries. Completing the offering cycle against strategic inquiries and relevant technical/commercial alignment, participating in sales strategy discussions for the assigned countries, and agreeing on short and long-term actions with specific channels along specific segments. Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by the local Sales organization; ensuring efficient marketing actions and communication to the local Sales organization and customers; overseeing sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to Sales team(s). Performing regular project follow-ups, providing reliable monthly order forecasts for production planning and proposing recovery plans in cases of potential order shortfalls, preparing reports and market analysis on a frequent basis within the assigned area, in order to complete close project follow-ups, meetings, seminars, and presentations with customers, End Users, and Consultants. Executing annual marketing plan in collaboration with relevant divisions and/or product groups. Qualifications for the role
Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering; Energy and Electrical are preferred. You are proficient in Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of Power BI is preferred. You are passionate about problem-solving and working in a multicultural team. You are at ease communicating in Italian and English.
