As our **Product Specialist**, you will work within the business unit's marketing department and support the team dedicated to designing and developing remote diagnostic web platform dedicated to professionals to perform technical assistance and predictive maintenance from remote.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Understand and validate customers' needs monitoring competitors, smart home/IoT market and digital trends leveraging personal curiosity and structured intelligence activities
- Define and implement service strategy and vision to ensure revenue streams generation
- Work with national and regional service teams to support the transition to a new generation of "digital" technical assistance
- Cooperate with connectivity R&D and electronics to translate aforementioned requirements into valuable digital services
- Manage the existing digital services portfolio with a continuous improvement mind-set leveraging data analytics and customers' insights
- Measure service performance monitoring defined KPIs
**Your Profile**:
- Master's Degree in Management or Industrial/Environmental Engineering
- 1 year of experience in product management, dealing with technological products, is considered a plus
- Knowledge of IoT/smart home ecosystems and business models is considered a plus
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English
