Full Time: Monday - Friday | 09:00 - 18:00 | 1-hour lunch break
Hybrid Mode: 60% office, 40% home office - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

Offered Salary (gross): Italy 35-40K / Germany 40-45K
Trial Period: If hired in Italy, 60 working days (3 months) as a probation period, in Germany, 6 months
In your role, you will be responsible for: Developing a Go-To-Market strategy that increases the adoption of AlfaDocs among customers and non-customers. Becoming the most knowledgeable person in the company about who our audience is, what they want and how. Managing the launches of new features, collaborating with Product, Sales and Customer Success. Positioning development, value proposition and messaging of the product and its use cases, through all channels. Tracking, analysis and reporting of all the points above. Requirements: 4+ years in Marketing and you have worked already as a Product Marketer (or similar) in a SaaS. You know well how a CRM works, if you already have experience with HubSpot, even better. You are comfortable using Excel, Google Analytics and similar data analysis tools. You are very good at communicating complex concepts to non-experts. You are fluent in both Italian and English. Bonus requirement: You have worked in a HealthTech company.
