We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to work across our suite of B2B SaaS products and support our go-to-market strategies, improve activation & retention, and maximize product engagement.
You'll be responsible for introducing our features in ways that will improve the customer experience with the ShippyPro platform.
You'll collaborate with Product Marketing and Brand Teams to plan and execute the promotion and education.
For this role, you'll need to have strong communications skills both in Italian and English, an eye for details and be able to put yourself in customers' shoes.

We're in Florence -Italy, but we work partally remotely.
Tasks
- Study company products
- Be proactive and update company's properties
- Collect indications and craft educational content both written and video-recorded
- Translate technical information into easy steps or insightful knowledge for the users
- Stick to deadlines and be able to organize your work based on priorities
- Work with various teams (Marketing, Product, Support) to refine contents
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Italian, another language is a plus
- Quick learner and flexible attitude with strong organizational skills
- Experience in the e-commerce field
- Familiar with product marketing tactics
- Appreciate knowledge of content writing tools (Intercom, Hubspot, Zendesk, Mailchimp ) and basic video editing skills (Canva, TikTok, Instagram Reels )
