Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will implement product marketing strategies in assigned area to meet business objectives and in line with global product strategy. Implement all marketing activities, and support Sales organization in driving sales and services of respective products.The work model for the role is: #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power Low Voltage Systems Italy.You will be mainly accountable for:• Implementing the assigned area/segment product marketing strategy, including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.• Achieving product marketing targets and budgets through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed. Focus on achievement of orders and Net Promoter Score (NPS).• Executing annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant Division/Product Groups. Prepare business plans focused on business development for a defined market.• Coordinating market analyses with Sales team members and defines appropriate forecasts and plans. Evaluate and share customer research, market conditions and competitor data.• Overseeing sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to Sales team(s).• Driving sales efficiency by delivering appropriate product knowledge information and training (technical and sales) for each Salesperson. Facilitate know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.You will join a high performing team, where you will be able to thrive. Qualifications for the role You are skilled in Electrical distribution and you have good knowledge of industry segment like Oil & Gas, Power Utilities and Data Centers. You have at least 5 years of experience You are passionate about team working and you have a marketing attitude. You are at ease communicating in English and Italian.
