**Our Team**
The Go-To-Market team is pivotal in our company's success, and we are seeking to enhance it with the addition of a Product Marketing Specialist.

**The Role**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience
- Create compelling and accurate product content, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop sales enablement materials, such as presentations, battle cards, and sales guides
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Plan and execute product launches, working closely with Product Management and Sales teams
- Analyse product performance metrics and customer feedback to inform technical development team and drive marketing decisions
- Lead the development of marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, adoption, and retention
- Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Thinkin and our products
**Required Knowledge and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organisational abilities
- Ability to think strategically while also executing tactically
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting data to drive decisions
- Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of software products and technologies
- Be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Have a passion for technology and innovation
