Product Marketing Manager

Our client is an **international company** that operates in the **manufacturing sector**, specialized in **multi-material cabling and anchoring systems**.
To expand the Marketing Area we are looking for a **Product Marketing Manager** who **will drive the company growth inside several industry segments**, especially these main three: railway, sheepbuilding, food&pharma and who will reports directly to the** Strategic Marketing & Innovation Manager**.
**Responsabilities**
- Analyzing and find out toghether with Italy/Export sales teams, new market opportunities inside the three indistries;
- Defining the market segments, the value chain and the competition structure of the products;
- Define the effective value proposition communication toghether with the Omnichannel Marketing Department;
- Supporting the Sales Team in the construction and execution of the annual plan, defining the best levers to promote and differentiate each product, assuring the desidered company's sales margin;
- Responsible for the evolution of the present product portofolio for these industrial segments collecting marketing insights and prioritizing new product development opportunities;
**Requirements**:
- Bacheor/Master Degree in Engineering
- At least 2 years experience in railway/sheepbuilding/food&pharma sector
- Market & Product mix definition skills
- Business case creation to support and prioritize new product development
- Understanding Marketing approach in B2B technical enviroment
- Fluent English
**Nice to have**:
- Knowdlege of second language (preferable French and German)
- Experience in product management
