What you will do : As our first dedicated PMM, you'll join a globally distributed Marketing team and take over ownership of strategic positioning and messaging, ensuring our platform and products stand out in the competitive fashion tech landscape.
By aligning product development with GTM strategies and maximizing ROI, you will be instrumental in boosting the overall growth and success of the company.
You will: Develop a clear and compelling product marketing messaging that effectively communicates our product's value proposition to target audiences.
Work closely with the UX and Customer Success teams to ensure in-app messaging and UX writing alignment on product messaging and personas.
Coordinate with customer-facing teams to gather and share customer and industry feedback to guide product improvements and planning.
Research and gather continuous industry market trends to update cross-functional teams on product messaging.
Conduct industry benchmarking and gap analysis in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Create cross-departmental collaterals to promote our features, including go-to-market documents, training materials, demos, gap analysis, and pitch decks.
Collaborate with our Content Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to co-create and distribute product-related collateral, such as pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, product proof points, webinars, blog posts, white papers, and other technical content showcasing our product benefits.
Develop and maintain evidence of product effectiveness to increase ROI.
