For our HQ in the city center of Milan, we are looking for a Product Marketing and CRM Trainee that will join the Buccellati Global Marketing Division.
The candidate will support the Marketing Team in Product Marketing and CRM activities. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the luxury goods sector. You will work closely with the Product Marketing team to ensure that our catalogue accurately reflects the excellence of our products and meets market needs, while supporting the day-to-day operations of the CRM function, focusing on customer data analysis, campaign management, and the delivery of personalized communication strategies that enhance client retention and satisfaction.
In particular, the intern will provide daily support to the Team in the following activities:
Product Marketing Product Catalogue update and maintenance (both iPad application and Website): Upload new products, in line with marketing launch strategy, ensuring all information is accurate and consistent with the brand image; Coordinate the collection of data and images for the catalog, working with the design, production and communication teams to obtain high-quality content; Manage translations and proofreading; Assist in aligning and managing digital versions of the catalog, including updates on websites and e-commerce platforms; Support the monitoring and analysis of catalog performance, providing data-driven recommendations to improve product strategies; Support the analysis of the catalog to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Assist in Product Marketing related activities: product launch support, competitive analysis, trend analysis, benchmarking analysis, etc. CRM Customer Data Management: Assist in maintaining and updating the customer database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information; Help in updating monthly CRM dashboards to be shared with CRM representatives of each market (using PowerBI tool). Campaign Support Create CRM-driven marketing campaigns in Salesforce; Collaborate with communication team to develop personalized communications for occasions, events and festivities aimed at engaging high-value customers. CRM Tools and Software (Salesforce): Learn and utilize Salesforce platform; Monitor various requests coming from the DOS; Check data flow integrations with other systems; Support the licenses and account creation flow. Educational background and Skills:
BA/MA Degree in Business & Economics/Marketing management; Previous experience, even if short, gained as marketing specialist would be appreciated; Fluency in English; Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint/PowerBI); SAP or Salesforce knowledge would be a plus; Analytical skills; Detail-oriented and rigorous; Time management skills and ability to respect tight deadlines; Proactive with a solution/result-oriented attitude; Interest and passion for the fashion and luxury market; passionate digital native. #J-18808-Ljbffr
