The candidate will report to the Global Marketing Director with the support of a Specialist. The resource will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of product marketing strategies while managing customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives. This role will play a crucial part in driving product awareness, enhancing customer engagement, and contributing to the overall success of our Marketing efforts.Do you match this profile?Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.3+ years of experience in product marketing, CRM management, or a similar role, preferably in the luxury business.Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and BI tools.Fluency in Italian and English is compulsory.Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and product promotion.What do we expect from you?PRODUCT MARKETING SUPPORTAssist in the development and execution of strategic product marketing plans that align with business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, production, sales, and communication) to ensure cohesive product launch and promotional activities.Perform quarterly business review on product performances (by collection, category, etc.) using PowerBI and PowerPoint.Manage the PIM/DAM system, the Digital Catalogue and the website Catalogue.Create engaging presentations and promotional materials that effectively communicate product features.CRM MANAGEMENTMaintain and optimize the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and effective customer segmentation.Develop and implement CRM strategies that enhance customer interactions and drive engagement across multiple channels.Monitor and report on CRM metrics, including lead generation, customer retention, and engagement rates, and provide actionable insights for improvement.Support the creation and execution of targeted email marketing campaigns and customer outreach initiatives.PROJECT MANAGEMENT & CROSS FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATIONAssist in managing marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring timelines and tracking project deliverables, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Act as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments, ensuring alignment on product initiatives and customer engagement strategies.Coordinate internal communications related to product launches and updates, ensuring all team members are informed and prepared.The recruitment process:Apply online.If your profile matches our search, you will be contacted by our HR team for a first exploratory interview.
