YOUR ROLE The Product Management team is responsible, at divisional level, for the Change Management activity, the gross margin improvement, and rationalization. The Product Manager team has to fully drive all Business Units activities related to product proliferation, changes, and terminations, interfacing with all the Marketing teams, Product Engineering teams, PMO, Q&R, Operations, Supply Chain/Planning, and Financial, for the whole product life cycle & service.
Product Manager will have to:
Coordinate Project Core Team (Design, Finance, Engineering, Quality, etc.) Support Customer communication Support Internal communication through weekly Core Team report and Quarterly Management Define priorities for BE trials, Reliability slots, QUAL lots launch The Product Management team will also lead all activities related to PCN/PTN/PPAP/Qualification Reports release and maintenance, in full accordance with Divisional Product Range strategy.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES The candidate should have the below skills and characteristics:
Bachelor's degree (mandatory) - master's degree (preferred) - Industrial/Electronic Engineering Bachelor's degree +Management Engineering degree (ideal) FE and BE Manufacturing production flow Knowledge (preferred) Product Maturity steps evolution (preferred) Good Soft skills Other preferred skills are Program/Project/Product management tools know-how (preferred) Leadership, negotiation, communication Good English B2 - C1 preferred. Strong Team working is required.
