Posting title: Product Marketing As a technical marketing in ST's General Purpose Microcontroller department (GPM), you will be part of a team that grows STM32 MPU presence and revenue in China.
In this technical and business role, you will be responsible for ST GPM MPU business in South China.
You will work closely with GPM other marketing teams, FAE/AE team on the implementation of marketing strategy to support business in China.
Collect and analyze general purpose MPU market intelligence to identify new opportunities to develop strategic recommendations based on analysis (market size, key trends, market metrics) to enable sales to capture maximum demand creation.
Manage MPU accounts including forecasting, relationships and unique quality requirements to drive design-win target and business line revenue to ensure profitable growth.
Define and execute the strategy to keep STM32 MPU long term growth plan and ecosystem enhancement.
Identify new opportunities in collaboration with GEO sales force and propose the most appropriate technical solutions for customer early engagement and platform deep dive.
Execute the product launch including customer engagement, sales and channel trainings, press collateral with the marketing communication team, and promotion collateral.
Support division on new product and ecosystem roadmap definition to ensure fitness to China market demand.
Profile Bachelor or master on EE/CS or relative majors.
At least 5 years' work experience in embedded system/MPU application/marketing.
Marketing or sales experience of industrial and energy market is preferred.
Knowledge of semiconductor business models and challenges.
Technical background is a plus.
Open minded, agile and resilient.
Detail-focused and result-oriented.
Business travel acceptable.
Teamwork spirit.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Must be able to work in a cross-functional team environment.
Excellent English communication.
