The Product Manager, Workforce will be responsible for aspects of the R365 Workforce product line and will work closely with Product Design and Engineering to drive our complete workforce strategy forward.
How you'll add value: Drive, develop and maintain the short-term and long-term product roadmapSelect, design, and write user storiesEvaluate, design, and prioritize features, bugs, and product debtCurate ideas to inform the product roadmapConduct customer research including interviews as neededCollaborate with engineering to plan, design, and deliver products that bring value to our usersAbility to see the big picture and manage the detailsCommunicate and present new product at company eventsReceive constructive feedback for the purposes of iterating and improving the productThrive in a fast-paced, flexible work environment where you will have the opportunity to work on multiple productsCollaborate with Customer Success (CS) and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams on customer, market and internal stakeholder feedback to inform product needs and roadmap prioritizationWork with Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to strategize on how this product will be rolled out to both prospects and internal stakeholdersOther duties as assignedWhat you'll need to be successful in this role: Bachelor's degree or equally relevant degree in technology, computer science, engineering, marketing, or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and applicable work experience3+ years of Product Management experienceExperience and track record creating and growing products through the prioritization, design, and development of ideasAbility to meet tight deadlinesExcellent oral, written and presentation communication skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Agile Methodology experiencePrior experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, HR Information Systems (HRIS), or HR/payroll software is highly desirableExperience working in the restaurant is idealA solid understanding ofcurrent payroll regulations and laws, including wage and tax laws will be helpfulGeneralknowledgeofpayroll managementtechnologiesR365 Team Member Benefits & CompensationThis position has a salary range of $95K-$115K. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
