The foundational layers to enable this future is connectivity, processing power, memory, operating systems and common enablers.We're looking for a Product Manager Hardware to join us on our journey.What you'll do:Join forces with a team of seasoned engineers in a collaborative, cross-functional product team. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design Managers across various domains to spearhead the development and ongoing refinement of our cutting-edge modular platform. This platform is poised to unlock advanced functionalities for the next generation of appliances. As a pivotal member, your role involves shaping a unified platform that will serve as the backbone for numerous of appliances across several product lines. Your overarching objectives include actively contributing to the definition and evolution of a platform designed to enhance developer productivity and deliver unparalleled end-user experiences.In detail, you will:· Define, drive, and communicate product strategy, roadmap and OKRs, that align with business objectives and customer needs, of software and hardware solutions· Understand markets dynamics, industry trends, manufacturing and developer circumstances· Translate insights into actionable product requirements, hardware and software, and together with the team, prepare user stories and their acceptance criteria· Set appropriate expectations towards stakeholders, and ensure the team has the right level of support to build and iterate towards objectives· Prioritize the product backlog, supported by analytics, performance, unit economy, and other insights increasing its value· Continuously improve the progress of the product and of the team· Collaborate with the team and engineering counterpart for alignment and executionWho you are:· A Product Manager with 10+ years of experience from IOT products with embedded software.· Deep understanding in relevant technologies for IOT platform development· A track record of bringing products to market and maintaining them· Have a proven track record of owning and delivering continuous product improvements· Experienced with Agile frameworks and practices incl. the OKR framework· Experienced in data-driven decision making, using analytics and customer feedback to drive product improvementsYou demonstrate:· Collaboration - contribute to a highly collaborative environment that enables a deeply technical cross functional team to flourish.· Organizational Grit -have a high degree of maturity adapting to current organizational needs· Adaptability & Resilience - can effectively navigate change, challenges, and setbacks while maintaining a positive and flexible approach.· Proactivity - eager to learn and grow, sees challenges as opportunities, seeks and - is responsive to - feedback.· Communication - effectively exchange information and ideas with confidence and respect, able to demonstrate progress, raise issues and articulate changes on a frequent basis.· Empathy - can understand and acknowledge the emotions and perspectives of others during conversations.· Problem-Solving - able to connect the dots between insights, strategy, and conceptual direction; outcome - as opposed to task - orientation.· Responsibility - accountable, reliable, and proactive in building systems and handling dependencies, contributing to a trustworthy and effective team dynamic.Where you'll be:This is a full-time position.
