**Your mission**:
**Product Strategy Development**:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the coffee grinder product line.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements based on business goals and market demands.
**Product Development and Execution**:
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development, testing, and launch of new coffee grinder products.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate customer needs and market insights into product requirements and specifications.
- Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Conduct product testing, validation, and iteration to optimize performance, usability, and reliability.
**Product Lifecycle Management**:
- Analyze product performance metrics, including sales data, customer satisfaction, and product returns, to assess product effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to extend the lifecycle of existing products through feature enhancements, product refreshes, and end-of-life planning.
- Drive product portfolio optimization efforts, including SKU rationalization and product line expansions, to maximize profitability and market relevance.
**Stakeholder Management**:
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including engineering, design, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and executive leadership, to align priorities and ensure cross-functional collaboration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners, to gather feedback, address inquiries, and manage relationships.

**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication in English and Italian.
- Proven experience as a product manager or similar role, preferably in the consumer electronics or kitchen appliance industry.
- Deep understanding of coffee grinder technology, coffee brewing methods, and coffee consumer preferences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret market research, customer insights, and performance data.
- Demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively present, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality products that delight customers.
