We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Osteoporosis team.

This position reports directly to the Associate Marketing Director and provides opportunities to collaborate closely with a multifunctional team, enhancing both personal and professional development.
Main Responsibilities: Develop strategic portfolio plans and ensure alignment with cross-functional teams and global strategy.
Create and implement a multichannel communication strategy for the portfolio, including promotional events, congresses, and patient support programs.
Develop communication materials (both traditional and digital) in compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams (Sales, Value Access, Medical, Regulatory, PA, Legal, etc.)
and coordinate work groups in a complex matrix environment.
Contribute to global workstreams to refine brand positioning, messaging, tactical plans, and projects as needed.
Execute local tactical plans successfully, tracking progress against KPIs to adapt and ensure initiative success.
Support the development and implementation of commercial capabilities (e.g., targeting segmentation, customer insights gathering, bespoke training programs).
Understand financials and forecasting to provide timely and valuable inputs to financial processes and Business Reviews.
Manage expense budget planning and tracking.
Engage with Key Opinion Leaders and other stakeholders.
Collaborate effectively with field teams to implement local initiatives and respond quickly to their inputs, changing dynamics, and competition.
Identify and implement internal and external best practices as required.

Specific Education and Experience Requirements: Must Have: 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience, preferably in osteoporosis.
Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Biotechnology, or similar fields.
Previous experience in pharmaceutical marketing, including e-Marketing.
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
Results-oriented, innovative, and a team player.
Fluent in English (B2 level).
Willingness to relocate to Milan.
Nice to Have: Successful experience in launching specialty brands.
MBA or other advanced degree.
